Before you order.....
Our cost calculator pages will automatically
configure the correct PayPal subscription process to
cover rental of your streaming server. For most
server configurations (except Pay-as-you-go) - this is
based on monthly rentals. Pay-as-you-go rental
periods are 4 month terms. We accept payments by -
if you wish to pay using any method other
than PayPal, please contact us prior to placing your
order.
* - eCheques can take upto 5 working days
to clear. Your order may not be fulfilled until
such time as funds have cleared.
** - minimum order value of US$ 75.00
The next steps...
Your streaming account
Once we receive your confirmed order - and have notification of payment, we will set up your broadcaster account and your streaming server order. We aim to fulfill all orders within 8 hours of receipt of funds. Often it's much quicker than this. If, exceptionally, you have not received email notification of your account and server details after 12 hours, please raise a support ticket.
